Bridget Mary Meehan, MA, DMin, ARCWP, a Sister for Christian Community, is one of the founding members of the People’s Catholic Seminary. She is a member of the pastoral team at Mary Mother of Jesus Inclusive Catholic Community in Sarasota, Florida. Bridget Mary presides at liturgies, officiates at weddings and offers sacramental ministry. She is an author of twenty books including The Healing Power of Prayer: New and Expanded Edition. Her work in communications media include programs about women priests on Google and YouTube. Bridget Mary was ordained a priest in the first USA ordination in Pittsburgh on July 31, 2006 and was ordained a bishop in Santa Barbara, California on April 19, 2009.
Mary Theresa Streck, Ed.D., DMin, ARCWP is one of the founding members of the People’s Catholic Seminary. She is a member of the pastoral team at the Upper Room Inclusive Catholic Community in Albany, NY. She presides at liturgies, officiates at weddings and offers sacramental ministry and is a member of the ARCWP Program of Preparation team. Mary Theresa is an educator and artist who designs and creates sacred arts. She earned a Doctorate in Education Leadership from the Sage Colleges and a Doctorate in Ministry from Global Ministries University. She was ordained a priest on September 15, 2013.
Barbara Billey, M.Ed., M.A. (Counseling), D.Min. is a counselor, art therapist and priest with the Association of Roman Catholic Women Priests. She ministers with the Heart of Compassion Faith Community in Windsor, Ontario,Canada. Barbara is a nature enthusiast, artist, dancer, singer and writer. Her passion for embodied expression through creative, spiritual rituals and liturgical practices takes her and others into empowering encounters with the Sacred Feminine. As a Roman Catholic priest in a faith tradition that excludes women, Barbara intimately knows the joys and sorrows of being a prophetic witness and advocate for women's concerns.
Abigail Eltzroth is ordained with the Association of Roman Catholic Woman Priests. She has a theology degree from the Washington Theological Union, and completed further theological studies at the Iliff School of Theology in Denver. She has served as a Roman Catholic jail chaplain in Saginaw, Michigan, a pastoral associate on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in Montana, and as a pastor in the sandhills of Nebraska. She plays hammered dulcimer, enjoys a good murder mystery, and can complete an easy Sudoku puzzle at warp speed. She lives in a cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains where she is forming an inclusive faith community.
Mary Eileen Collingwood, MTh, ARCWP, is a wife, mother, grandmother, educator, and member of the presiding team at the Community of St. Bridget, Inclusive Catholic Community in Brecksville, OH. She cantors and presides at liturgies, officiates at weddings, offers sacramental ministry, and serves ARCWP as bishop. She earned her Certificate in Pastoral Ministry in the Diocese of Cleveland, OH, and Master of Arts degree in Theology from St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology in Wickliffe, OH. Mary Eileen was ordained a priest in Brecksville, OH on May 24, 2014, and ordained a bishop in Wallingford, PA on September 24, 2015.
Dr. Janice Sevre Duszynska DMin. was ordained a priest with ARCWP in 2008, in Lexington, Kentucky. She earned a Doctor of Ministry Degree from GMU. A local and national peace activist, she is a former Prisoner of Conscience for the School of the Americas Watch and a former board member of the Women’s Ordination Conference. She coordinated a Christian Peacemakers Team delegation into the Sonora Desert of Mexico and Tucson in solidarity with Mexican migrants as part of the Migrant Trail Walk. She is the Media Liaison for ARCWP.
